smint Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 Hi guys, I heard from a friend that there is the Nega Fireball phenomenon at the Mekong River, and people will be gathering there to watch and celebrate due to the Full Moon, so there will be other festivities too... http://www.whatsonwhen.com/sisp/index.htm?...;event_id=95377 I was just wondering, are there any similar festivities for the full moon / end of the Buddhist rains nearer to the Bangkok or Pattaya area, since Nong Khai province is just too far to travel there... Any ideas of any similar festivities or celebrations worth going in BKK, or Pattaya? Or even in between these two places? Thanks and regards!
