Bit Torrent

Featured Replies

I get the following message when trying to d/l the url of a torrent i want,

"error offline (timed out) while downloading URL"

this is the first time this has happened, and after many many d/l, and theres nothing ive changed in settings.

Is this due to my ISP restricting torrent d/l ?

ive turned off my modem to reset it but to no avail.

any ideas?

Could be blocked by a recently installed software firewall.

Surprised that you use only a modem, without any router protection.

Nothing to worry about just try downloading the torrent file again. It happens when Internet is slow and you are downloading something in the background.

Get the same message at Maxnet. What network/ISP do you have?
