Wear the clothes in question while walking down Thapae Road on the 13th. You'll be treated to the CM laundry rinse and sun dry.

Blue Elephant, south side of Suthep Rd, just west of the Canal Rd intersection. Very reasonable prices. I've had them successfully dry clean a suit (and other items).

I have had a lot of success with a shop right in the center of the city. Ratchadamnoen Road and Phra Pokklao Road. It's right next to Chiang Mai Adventure Tour. Sorry, forgot the name but they do it all. I've even had them clean my furniture and oriental carpets. Quality work.
