I wonder if anyone can give me some information about settlement visa for child with mother having leave to remain visa who is settled in the uk. I will be travelling back to thailand in Jan 2010 and will apply for my son to come live with me in the uk but i would like to know which form i need to complete and if i do it online how long will it will take? I've also passed my ESSOL level 3 exam so i'm just waiting to apply for my IDR with my child in a joint application.Any feedback would be appreciated e.g. documents ect. Thanks
