For vascular lesions what you want is "V-Beam" laser treatment.

I have been going to Romrawin Clinic (multiple branches in Bkk, have website) for that. They are on the high end price-wise but quality very good. One of the things I like is that they take their time getting it right and also take time discussing with the patient the desired result (may seem obvious but a lot of places don't).

Cost varies with size of the area to be treated. Needs more than 1 treatment, spaced several weeks apart, once they have seen your face they can tell you approximate number of treatments it will take.

Don't waste time with laser tx other than V-Beam, the other txs don't do much for vascular problems. V Beam is a deeper more focused laser that zaps the blood vessel.
