I did the search on 'implants' but did not see an answer. I have a bridge with a crown in front of the false tooth and a crown in back of it. The back tooth is a molar, the bridge fell out and the molar is broken and infected. Now taking meds, but doc says I can get a root canal and a pin in the molar to re-attach the bridge. If the tooth can not be saved, extraction and an implant. Does it make sense to just get the implant? Will the root canal tooth last? Thanks. I am in Pattaya by the way in case you recommend a dentist.

try the root canal first, it's more reliable and cheaper, only if it doesn't work consider an implant. From an experience I do trust more thai dentists than crooks in London, who are goingh straith after patient's money
