I'm also with TT&T or Triple T as they now call themselves.

I have the 3MB Indy package but was recently upgraded to 4MB for 'free' when my estate was flooded with 10MB deals from CAT and True plus a deal from TMN cable at the time offering 'free' internet if you took the TV package which is only 300 baht per month.

For three weeks my connection has been piss-poor and even worse at peak times like week-ends and week days after 5pm local time when the kids hit the internet shops.

I have a mate whose also with Triple T and he's having similar problems with being 'timed out' no end of times.

I live 6 kilometres out of Pattaya and Jomtien.

Using Triple T (TT&T) in Khanom. And it really SUCKS!!

Had problems since they installed it 4 months ago....and they just keep saying - Poor lines at the road - we will repair soon - now I am switching to CAT!

My wife called Triple T and said we cancelled the Internet because they could not deliver what we asked for....then the guy on duty told us that we had to pay a penalty fee for breaking the contract! 4,500 baht pentalty! What the heck??? Poor service, poor internet and in the same go they want also to add a penalty!!!???

Hi

Was told that Indy was good for Thailand, outside Thailand use Premier, i have premier 3mb, look at the test, not bad.

Im on 3 ts down in Hua Hun. On the surface of it the internet connect seems OK, but I have recent been informed by mailchimp.com that having done a speed test my connection with "the cloud" is poor. In ohterwords the connection is not fast enough to work with complex interactive sites that want to be constantly transferring data from your computrer to theirs. Although my FTP connection seems fine.

Clearly some issues but not sure exactly what they are!

Having been in Thai for many months, I have become familiar with unstable internet connections. I just received a call from the Udonthani area, can anyone confirm that there is a widespread outage of internet coverage in that area for 2 days now?
