A lot has been written about the use of condoms to guard against HIV but I have found no reference to whether nipple nibbling is also a genuine cause for concern. Any advise from those who know or have experience?

No risk at all to the nibbled. Saliva is not an efficient vehicle for the virus.

For the nibbler: only if you draw blood which then somehow comes into contact with a break in your own skin.

You can buy nipple guards at a drug store , lose some sensation but at least the nipples stay intact .
