Yarn Store On Samui

Featured Replies

Hi!

Does anybody know where on Samui yarn can be bought? Please name the stores and approximate address, if it is possible!

Thanks in advance :)

There is a store in Nanton, sorry don't know the name, but, if you go past Tesco.... and watch out for the Vegetable Market on same side. a few blocks up.

There is a side street at the market ...turn left there & go up about 50 feet or so & there is a Fabric store, on the left.

I am pretty certain I seen yarn in there & general sowing supplies too. Good selection of fabrics too.

There's a haberdashery on the Lake Rd going towards Chaweng. Sorry don't know the name but it's opposite that Jewellry place where the guys sit in the window making the jewellry. Not far after the Tourism College. They have fabrics, knitting yarns, needles, etc.

ordinary black/white thread/yarn is found in Family marts too!

Standing with your back to the gas station in Lamai, look right across the road just past the 7-Eleven...maybe four shops down is an arts and crafts place that has a surprising amount of stuff for all manner of these hobbies. I don't think there is a sign, but it looks like a mom and pop shop.
