Hi I have a multiple entry o visa that runs out on the 22nd of dec 2009, i am in the process of getting a new visa in Thailand when it expires. In the meantime i have to make a short trip to KL in a couple of days for 2 nights what will they stamp me when i come back in to Thailand will they just stamp for how ever many days are left on my current visa (around 8 days) or will they stamp my passport with a 30 day tourist visa? any ideas? and do you think i will have any problems? This is the final 3 months of a 15 month (12 month visa)

Cheers

Your visa has expired in other words and you are now on a final 90 day stay. Without a re-entry permit your stay ends on departure and you will get a normal visa exempt 30 day on arrival by air.

Am not sure what you mean by obtaining a new visa inside Thailand - if you need a visa you should take the time in KL to obtain one.

Think the getting a new visa in KL is a good idea do they normally process visas for collection the next day as i am only there from sunday night till tuesday early evening? So could apply Monday morning and pick up the next afternoon.

Yes. You did not mention any eligibility for more than a tourist visa however - that should be free of charge.

Yes have all the paperwork for a B visa

You will need to take with you your work permit (if you currently have one) or WP3 receipt from Labour Department showing that WP has been applied for (if not already held).
