Tot Vs Loxinfo

Featured Replies

Hello,

I living in some "lost" area where I need satellite to connect to internet.

I was using for years TOT 256/128kbps, not really good, but "ok" better any way than my old modem 56kbps with 3 kms line...

But since few, maybe 1 month, it become BAD, still having connection but my Peer 2 Peer at 0.00 all day and really slow at night time

I contact TOT technical who come to my home spend all morning to try connect with his computer for adjust some, but he can't connect with succes...

So he phone to bangkok for they take care for this, and "run away"

Any way later in day my connection come back PERFECT like never before and stable, I was very enjoy

But 3 days later all fall again to BAD.

Phone again to bangkok, they say all normal,

phone to technical who was upset and say it's come from my computer (even if he cannot connect with his own...)

and say for they ALL NORMAL.

So my time to be UPSET, but no many solutions for me, except maybe LOXINFO

almost same, share bandwitch with other, and ipstar too...

They have one offer a little cheaper than TOT but for 128/64kbps

in same time why spend more money with TOT for some thing doesn't work...

Maybe half bandwitch with LOXINFO can be better than TOT which "other share bandwich"...

Some experienced LOXINFO?

What do you think about they?

Thanks.

Hello Kleik,

Thanks for your answer,

I'd contact CAT, but I have to stand maybe until April 2010 before they come install some antena for CDMA in my area...

So I will stay with my BAD TOT, loxinfo ask for 10 months contract...
