mkmike
Yes I use the CAT card, great value and easy to use and good quality line to. My wife uses DTAC to call the states and its 4 baht a min but to the UK its much higher so we no longer use it and use CAT instead.

Thanks for that,I'll certainly get one.The 009 thing I feel takes the time of day in or something like(probably which way the wind is blowing too).I used it few days ago,no more than two minutes and bingo 100 Bahts from the balance.Suppose the same can happen with the card, but Ill give it a go. torrenova
Common knowledge on any network for years that 009/008 are or were around Bt6/7 a minute and 007 was about Bt10 per minute. Here's an old list of prices from CAT website http://www.contactcenter.cattelecom.com/th...e_rateSep07.pdf 009 http://www.cattelecom.com/site/th/list_ser...&subcat=248 Some other links for other prefixes 007 http://www.tot.co.th/toten/index.php?optio...&Itemid=523 008 http://www.tot.co.th/toten/index.php?optio...&Itemid=524 005 http://www.ain.co.th/en/005_country_rate.html Reference to an original post by beano2274 Websites never updated for years but I have not seen the prices change either. You just use the menu to swap over when you want.
