International Arrival Samui Airport

Featured Replies

...anyone?

are the passengers coming out throught the same exit (for pick up) or is there still a different pick up point?

thanks!

They use Gate 1 , I think , for arrivals and departures .

Where you get dropped off for departures is on the other end of the airport from where you come out upon arrival at the Meeting Area or whatever it's called.

I was going to make a screenshot from Google Earth but on there it's all still just palm trees.

Well 90% of the time your luggage will end up with domestic.I keep on being told to go to other carousel, but after waiting there like an idiot, a custom's officer asks all OK? Yes I say. Well guess what your bags are on # 1.

BKK air persist in telling you to pick up your luggage in wrong place.

All arrival immigration is now done in BKK.

PS : Unless a direct flight from Singapore.

yes, but waiting for the guests at the "meeting Area" will be not wrong.

That's right. As far as I know, the guard won't let you get any closer than the "meeting area" if you are there to pick up someone. Hasn't it been this way at least since they built that shopping street between the check-in and arrival hall?

Sorry I misread the original question. Yes they all arrive at the same exit & meeting point.
