I stayed in the above guesthouse in 2007. I plan to visit Khon Kaen early 2010, but this place seems to be out of business (its email and website no longer work). This place is very close to Fairy Plaza.

Does anyone know what has happened to it? (Maybe the name has been changed due to new ownership.)

The owners moved out of country and closed it.

It re-opened shortly after that, by some of their friends, but was closed again in just a month or so.

It's been closed for quite a while now.

If you want to stay downtown, try Sawasdee Hotel for 400 THB p/night!!! The hotel is old but the people make up for the age!!! Also, newly open is a few room at Sevens Corner Bar for 400 THB also!!! For a nicer stay, but a few kilometers out of town, Mai Thai Guesthouse for 500 THB!!! Tell them Tom sent you!!! Also, you can check khonkaen.com for other hotels in the area!!!

Rooms are spotless clean,and the staff speak english.600 Baht per night,with coffee break.
