This week we will be upgrading the Forum software Ikonboard to Invisionboard version 1.3

This is the new forum software, the next generation web board from the same team that have left Ikonboard and developed Invision Board:

We will migrate all threads and user data to the new platform, so you can keep your old login name and password.

NOTE: The current board will be read-only for a few hours while we do the conversion.

Invisionboard is an excellent software and has more feature than current IB. Also more stable and less resource intensive. It runs on php which makes it faster than perl

I would recommend 1.2.1 version as 1.3 might not be stable enough

george...please advise required processor speed and RAM for this new software. If they are more than my creaking 5 year old laptop can take then it's adieu thai. visa forum.
