Where can I get a copy of a thai diploma higher education non university level?

I suppose somewhere at MOE(minestry of education) but website is in thai.

I also need a detailed copy of the followed lesson program.

Why?

We just need a copy of the diplom so it can be homologated by the Ministry of Education of my country.

So that my wife can start working again as a nurse(profession she did practice in thailand for over 10 years).

The problem is that she lost the paper. School was in Bangkok.

English is not my mother tongue.

I would suggest the first place to try would be the educational establishment that issued it.
