After a brief (if not welcome) respite for 2 weeks, a full monty turnout will be anticipated this Sunday, so get warming up now! We've probably got a couple of tons of food and booze to burn off between us, from the festive indulgences. Hearty welcome to the recently interested new comers - including Adam #4 ('Keefy' to avoid confusion), Simon #2 (Simon P.), and Sam #2 (TeacherSam) , who'll all hopefully be making 1st contact this week. Having a big turnout now will probably work out well for the ones who've fattened up last few weeks (myself not excepted), as we'll be able to have some quick rotation. Don't forget the warm-up though guys - quick jog and stretch at least - to get the muscles awake and reduce injury risk. Latter part of last year I think we had at least 1-2 injury drop-out every week for about 6 weeks (sod's law it'll be me this week now! ) [On a side note btw: <deleted> IS GOING ON WITH CHELSEA!?!?! and Liverpool for that matter?!?!? ] BRING IT ONNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!
