January 20, 201016 yr Interesting to see how long this drags on. The owner is clearly culpapable, I guess in Thailand bereaved families may be lucky to pick up 100,000 baht for their loss. unless the owner has millions of baht.
January 20, 201016 yr Public prosecutor Wednesday postponed the decision to file the Santika Club fire lawsuit to be on February 17 at 9.30am.I suppose that a cynic would read between the lines and recast the above sentence as: "Public prosecutor requests all brown envelopes to be filed by close of play on Feb. 16."
