Can someone recommend an specialist for Lymphatic Problems? Have to fight with swollen Legs for Month now after an Infection. Also wanted to be tested for Thrombosis.

The typical Health Check for men are 50% useless, just assembled to let it look impressive to rectify the Price Tag but real important examinations missing. It is also mostly done by Nurses who just read from a Sheet. I could consider to do one if this tests additionally.

I tried to make appointment with the Bumrungrad but get in return only a Copy from a Spreadsheet which is available on their web side. Telephone inquiries are even worse. " You come here and than we can see" Do I really have to spend time and Flight first to figure at the end out that they have no clue?

I like to get from a Specialist:

Physical exam for cancers (skin, thyroid, lymph nodes, prostate and rectum, testosterone, DHEA, estrogen, thyroid, and cortisol.

DTV , lymphatic odema and Thrombosis Treatment. What kind of detection you use and what kind of Treatment.

any recommendations are greatly appreciated

It isn't possible to tell from your post what the problem is and hence what type of specialist you need to see. Can you provide more details e.g.:

- what type of infection you had

- is the swelling equally in bioth legs or more in one than the other?

- are the lymph nodes in the groin enlarged?

- your age, medications you are on and all known medical conditions

Hi Sheryl,

I am also looking for a treatment called "Lymphatic Massage" (in Europe) but couldn't find any provider here. I suffer from lymphatic edema since 2004 when I had Bypass-surgery, more on the right than on the left side. Incidentally, the right leg

carries the scar after excision of the vein and there is also a very large knee implant since 1999.

If you're interested in more details, please PM me. Thank you very much.
