Sorry if this has beencovered before. But what is the situationwith a work permit if I am sacked frommy job or resign ? Can Ikeep it until the next three months is up or can the employer take it back ? Anyone have any idea ?
You must return your work permit booklet to the Labour Deptartment within one week. If you are on visa extension, your visa should be cancelled by Immigration and you must leave the Kingdom within 7 days to obtain a new visa.
