Can anyone recommend one in BKK?

Suffered a grade 2 calf rupture/tear last week and feel like i could use some stretching/massaging therapy as it is as tight as a rubber band right now. I don't want this to repeat by not rehabilitating appropriately.

Thanks,

Luang

Francis Nettle used to be the guy but sadly he died. I thought I would mention this to honour his memory.

Perhaps someone will tell us who has replaced him in the sports community.

remember you can only help fix problem your self if you take advice and do some light excercise as advised most good places should give you some sort of excersize chart to follow mostly by use of a rubber band for stretching etc .
