Non Immigrant Type B - Transfer Question

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of getting a non immigrant type B visa to get a work permit for one company.

My question is what is the process if I leave this company to join a new company?

I assume I would need a new work permit as it is a different company but what about the work permit.

In theroy its possible to transfer work permits etc, but generally its easier to start again from scratch, ie new Non-imm B and new WP, at least thats my experience

Will also depend whether both employers come under the same labour office and whether labour office is willing to do.

Yeah Im with Soutpeel, easier to start from scratch, one can only imagine the dealings trying to convert WP/Visa extension from one employer to another.
