I have already bought the bus ticket but if an earlier bus has available seat, can I change for it ?

not sure which bus you are talking about but usually you can change to another bus if a seat is available. Go to the ticket counter and tell them you want to change. The more in advance the better. Usually there is a small fee to make a change.
