My own ideas :- 1. Dams, irrigation-projects & flood-control. 2. Road-improvements with tarmac more than 1"-thick 3. Improving electricity-supplies to rural areas. 4. Re-build the whole of the SRT rail-system, not high-speed or elevated, just fit to last for another century 5. Establish a fund to assist with university-fees/living-costs for bright students from poorer families 6.
