The agency projected that The tsunami could reach Japanese coasts between 1 pm (0400 GMT) to 4 pm. Not including these ones.http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/ The USGS will send you notice of earthquakes by email if you ask them to. I had to reset the parameters so they only notify me of quakes that are stronger than 5.0 - just too many quakes everyday but most are little things.
