All about the same cost and all about the same mediocre reliability and speed

I have had bad experiences with all of them. Go with whoever has a promotion

None could be worse than CAT Telecom. The promised "Premium" service; I bit, and paid them almost 20,000 Baht for a year's service in advance; they provided totally worthless service, and then refused to refund my money. Run away — as fast as you can.

Something's happened to CAT DSL. It used to be great, now it's crap. Worse than TOT. TOT, on the other hand, has seen improvements though it's still not what you'd call good. Right now, CAT premium DSL for 2,000 baht is worse than TOT 3Mbit for 590...

Choosing the "best" provider is a game of musical chairs. Any given provider might be the best/worst at any given time. I think the best strategy would be to get the cheapest high speed consumer connection from 2 or 3 different providers and put them on a load balancer.

ji-net was good for me. but it was expensive. but it rarely if ever went out and their customer service was good. im thinking of switching back. i have 3bb now premier 2/1 mb. and it sucks. goes out at least once a day. and the speed is only good late night sometimes.

Ditto to your JI-NET summary. I use there BizConnext package on a TOT line here in Bangkok. Been with them for about 13 months now and there has only be one 3 hour period where I lost connectivitiy and JI-NET jumpped all over the problem. And the problem turned out to be TOT related. But JI-NET only has a max speed of 2MB...they need to up their speeds very soon or they are going to lose/stop gaining customers with all these significantly lower cost/higher speed packages (but not as reliable) available/coming out everyday.

Thank you very much for all your suport and meanings. I think i try JI-NET for the first step. It's important for me to have a stabil net at any time of the day. I have a lot of CAD-Mails...! Tanks and please go on with the discussion... :)

Best regards...
