Basketball Courts In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Are there any basketball courts in Bangkok that are open to the public? Indoor preferred. Paying a day-use fee is ok.

The closer to lower Sukhumvit the better. Also anybody know where I can buy a basketball?

Thanks!

I know they have them in Lumphini for free, but it's in the sun and I've never seen a game going on there.

Okay, thanks. Any others? Any of the California WOW or other fitness centers have basketball courts? What about any of the Universities? They must have indoor courts...

I'm not aware of any indoor courts but the park next to Emporium (Queen Sirikrit park) has an outdoor court that used to attract a good caliber of players.

There was one guy who played there who was called the "Michael Jordan of Thailand". Not sure if he is still there or not.
