Mumbo Jumbo Posted May 22, 2005 Share Posted May 22, 2005 I am About to do my first 90 day reporting by mail, can any one please confirm if ive left any thing out on my list of what to send .....? 1. Form TM47 2. photo copy of all passport pages 3.photo copy of avrrival card , front and back 4. last 90 day recepit ( or would a photo copy do ) 5 a stamped self addressed envlope for the return of new 90 day receipt some questions.. how far in advance of my old 90 day date running out should I send in my application by mail to Bangkok Immigration..? should I send all the paper work to the Immigration by EMS recorded Mail...? could some one let me have the full address of the Thai Immigration office in Bangkok ( may be there's also an office / room number at the immigration that has to be included in the postal address..? that deals with the reporting by mail ) Many Thanks ..... lopburi3 Posted May 22, 2005 Share Posted May 22, 2005 Notification by registered mail Copy of all passport pages (up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp) Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back) Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any) Completely filled in and signed notification form TM. 47 Envelope with 5 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days. The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner. Send the mail to Sub-section 1, Command 4, Administrative Command, Immigration Bureau (90 days) 507 Soi Suanphlu, South Sathorn Rd. Thungmahamek, Sathorn Bangkok 10120 or 90 DAYS REGISTRATION IMMIGRATION BUREAU, 507 SOI SUANPLU,SOUTH SATHORN RD., THUNGMAHAMEK SATHORN BANGKOK. 10120 Above is the current requirement per Immigration Web Site. Original of previous report. Registered mail would be cheaper the EMS. Should arrive at immigration before reporting date so would mail one week early myself.
