Bars To Watch Rugby In On Nut Area Bkk?

Featured Replies

Hi All

Just moved to Bangkok recently and I'm looking for a bar in the On Nut area that shows the super 14 rugby. Any help would be appreciated.

cant think of anywhere in the area and i used to live in the on-nut area myself. the only thing i can suggest is that you get on the bts and travel either the 10 minutes to phrom phon and seek out the robin hood pub on sukumvit 35. or travel the extra 5 minutes to nana and go to the soi 8 bar, on sukumvit 8. its a rugby union themed bar and always has a good mix of kiwis, aussies, safas, english, welsh, scots and irish in whenever theres a game on.

No decent bars on ON-NUT.

You will have to travel to Robin Hood or Bulls Head.

Theres a place behind the Baan Saran Nut residence which is behind the On Nut market across from Carrefour. A farang runs it and I happened to notice he had some rubgy on the other day. I'm sure he'd be amenable to whatever sports you'd like to catch.

I can confirm *ALL* Super (15) Rugby matches on at Robin Hood. First matches in 2 hours from time of writing.

If no sat feed available, they will come from a High Quality internet feed, which I cannot post here, but you may inquire at the bar :)

I will probably be there to oversee first matches are streamed well and to adjust bitrate accordingly :)

Cheers :)
