My wife's brother inlaw is a builder I can recommend. He lives in Cham ni, Buriram (outside of Nang Rong). He doesn't speak English so you will need some one to translate. You can check out some pics of my house with replies in the DO it yourself forum. I'm out of the country for now but I can get you his telephone number if you are interested.
