Hey all,

So I've done a search for buckwheat flour in Siam, Central World, and Isetan with no luck. I did find buckwheat flour at Villa supermarket soi 11, but it contains soy and wheat. I also found buckwheat kernel, but honestly I've got no idea what it is and how to eat it. Does anyone know where I can find pure buckwheat flour in Bangkok? Thanks.

I think you'll find it's the same as rye flour, available in Chiang Mai at Rimping supermarkets.

I use it for rye bread and buckwheat galletes.
