March 30, 201016 yr All I get now is "the webpage cannot be found" and a really awful layout below. Is this the "new" layout, or is it a glitch? I hope the latter, as I really hate it.
March 30, 201016 yr For the last few weeks I've been encountering this as well. It seems the servers are hiccuping, causing the .CSS to not load. When that happens, the site gets ugly. Just do a full refresh a few times.
March 30, 201016 yr Yeah I get it too. And I can't go back to the last page either it don't work. Have to keep returning to the forum page. Lots of red xxxxx
March 31, 201016 yr I was guessing that there were too many viewers and so the site was overloaded as it can sometimes last for an hour or more. Is this possible?
March 31, 201016 yr This is caused by ISP caching and other ISP issues. Please delete your cache (temp. internet files) and restart your browser. When you are on the page that you want to refresh, do a Ctrl+F5 We are using approx 25% of our server and bandwidth capacity, and the servers are sending out correct content.

I had the same problem last night for about an hour. Ain't nothing you can do about it except wait. I'm guessing we're all customers of the wonderful 'TrueMove' service.
March 31, 201016 yr I have also done everything above and its a complete mess . I have never seen any problem using MS IE. I guess there is something to say for free, you get what you pay
March 31, 201016 yr I have never seen any problem using MS IE. I guess there is something to say for free, you get what you pay And I've not seen any problems with Firefox at my home (DTAC Edge) or University computer. Suspect a problem with ISP caching of the css files.
March 31, 201016 yr Have the same problems, yesterday 30/3 and today 31/3 Thai Visa can be viewed with dificulty a lot of info is blanked out or has an "X". There does not appear to be any formatting to the page. It just appears as a white screen with writing and a lot of error messages, like these: The requested URL /promotions/banners/marketing/leaderboard.html was not found on this server. Running firefox 3.6.2, no problems with any other websites, just Thaivisa. Have emptied cache and reloaded page a heap of times with no improvement.
March 31, 201016 yr Members who are having this problem please post which ISP you are using to see if there is a common denominator. Also, if posting from within Thailand or outside as Thaivisa uses load balancing servers.
March 31, 201016 yr Im in the US on Road Runner ....same problems everyone else has. Posted in another thread a couple of pics.
March 31, 201016 yr We have now changed name of the .css file and are pushing the new version to all users. Hope this helps!
March 31, 201016 yr ISP is Telstra Bigpond.Gold Coast, Australia. Using TRUE in BKK but all fine now ... seemed to just be about an hour yesterday when this issue was going on.
March 31, 201016 yr Same problem with all three browsers. Cleared the cache and even all the cookies.
March 31, 201016 yr "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Maybe you should have a word with your 'engineers', george.
March 31, 201016 yr ISP is Telstra Bigpond.Gold Coast, Australia. Same as above except I'm in Sydney.
March 31, 201016 yr Same problem with all three browsers. Cleared the cache and even all the cookies. Something happened. It is now working properly on Safari, Chrome and my default browser Pale Moon. (Firefox).
