Don't know but somewhere on here is the translation of the rules.

Edit: Work is over but I'm still looking. Maybe it is somewhere else. I thought I had bookmarked it but......

Before you sit your written exams you are forced to watch a road rules DVD, which is presented in English (quite well too), and answers all of the questions you're going to get presented with in the exam... I can't say I've ever seen an English language road rules book for Thailand though.

Don't know the practical use for it really, the safest way to drive in Thailand is to drive like the Thais do, that we learn to do by observing

seconded.

no thais drive by the book anyway, and police dont know, or pretend to dont know the books content either

I found it! :)

1. Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.

2. People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.

3. You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.

4. Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.

5. Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.

6. Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.

7. Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safely.

8. Know your landing is clear and clear your landing.

Borrowed from here :D
