Police Records!

Featured Replies

Hey everyone!

This is my first time on this forum so please be patient with me!

I have gone through the process of getting my wife her k-3 non immigrant visa and now i am in the process of sending the DS-230 form. (application for immigrant visa and alien registration)

On the form documents that i need to send in for her, they are asking for police records.

My question is it says that she can retain a copy of the police certificate from Rama rd in Bangkok.

She is in north east Thailand and i was wondering if she can get this copy from khon kaen police department?

it just seems kinda of foolish to have to go all of the way to Bangkok!

But then i have come across a lot of foolish things in this country!

Thanks for your help
