Airport Exchange Counter

Featured Replies

Okay, I know the Airport has an exchange counter, I saw it last time... unless I'm seeing things. :);

Anyways my question is, will they be able to change Baht into US dollars for me? I refuse to pay 1500 baht for my Laos visa, thats way to expensive. $35 dollars is much better.

If not the airport, anyone know any good exchange counters around the city? (Note: I DO NOT want to have to travel into the moat area... :D )

Plenty of places I know ....but thet are all inside the moat...shame.

You'll just have to accept the very poor rates offered at the airport instead

Try SK money changer on Charoen Prathet before the Pornping and Diamond Hotels - close to turn off for Iron Bridge.

Hi,

The difference is +- 350 B. Once you have factored your transport, commission and your time; surely you would be better off just paying in Thai Baht ?
