DTV Extension - DO NOT waste your time trying to extend at immigration
I have not yet seen an official list of required documents for an extension of stay based on a DTV. Could you post a copy of the list you received from the Jomtien immigration office, please? -

Anthrax outbreak in Issan?
Anthrax is not going to spread like Ebola or foot and mouth, and most cases are limited to people involved in animal slaughter or farming, but the fatality rate can be high if treatment is late, and there can be secondary cases years later if the spores are spread about. There was a famous case years ago where traditional shaving brushes made from animal hair caused an outbreak. So the local government officers will need to make sure the carcase and all byproducts are disposed of correctly. The source animal may have been bought on the cheap from over the border, so there may not be an issue with Thai cattle. My personal interest was because I was taught about Anthrax on my Public Health course aeons ago .... but I've never seen a real case as it's very rare in the West. -

I know this is the theory. In practice, I don't know anybody (myself included) who felt any effect from 3mg. But I know some people who sleep with 10mg. ??? -

I watched a few of his videos. It was good for a few laughs. It's hard to tell if he's acting and/or so desperate to put out any content to get clicks. He vacillates back and forth between "I love my wife and Thailand" to "I can't take another day here and will move to Spain." -

I am a mole ...
If visual inspection by a dermatologist shows it's a seborrheic keratosis aka old-age warts (doesn't look like it to me, but they are extremely common and it's impossible to tell from a picture) therapy of choice is curettage, followed by hisopathological examination if deemed necessary. BTW they usually come back.
