Congratulations to Lorenzo and Elias. They have both dominated their respective championship and deserve it.

Lorenzo's championship will always be remembered as the year that Rossi got injured......just like when in 1999 Criville won the championship with an injured Doohan.

Re Sepang round, it was amazing to see how the crowd was cheering every overtaking done by Rossi......he has lost his crown but he is still the most loved rider in the championship by far! Great race by Dovi whom is finally showing some consistency!

The last two races have been a great show and hope that the last three races will be the same.....next round is in Phillip Island, enjoy it Bluetongue and pls. share few pictures with us!

Casey Stoner insists he’s got no regrets about moving to Honda despite being caught up in a long-running political saga that has engulfed the Japanese factory.

Over three months since his HRC move was confirmed, the 24-year-old still has no idea whether he will be part of a three-rider factory squad with Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso.

He could end up partnering Pedrosa in the Repsol squad with Dovizioso moving to Gresini Honda on a factory machine.

Other rumours suggest the 2007 world champion could be operate in a one-man squad but in the same colours as Pedrosa and Dovizioso.

Honda has yet to finalise its 2011 strategy having failed to conclude negotiations with Repsol.

The Spanish fuel giant reportedly doesn’t want Livio Suppo to have a more hands-on role in the operation of the HRC factory team, with plans to change senior management being met with a frosty reception from Pedrosa, who has pleaded with Honda not to alter the way its squad is managed.

The three-rider factory line-up though appears to be back on with Hiroshi Aoyama linked to Gresini Honda following the collapse of his Interwetten Honda squad.

Stoner said:

“I'm in the factory team no matter what. I'm not really worried about it and I'm still 100 per cent behind my decision and looking forward to next year.

"There have been a lot of changes and a lot of rumours going around and people keep changing their minds and going back and forward.

"I have no idea what is going to happen yet and it doesn't really matter to me. My side of the garage is the one I have to worry about."

Stoner said he was excited at the prospect of forming part of a three-man HRC attack on the last ever 800cc world title.

He added: “I heard the rumour of the three-man team but I don't want to know anything until it is official. I think a three-bike team could be interesting. There were days with (Tady) Okada, (Alex) Criville and (Mick) Doohan and that was pretty cool.”

Wonder if Casey will get away with telling HRC he wants to use the 2011 Ohlins forks instead of the ones they modded especially for him.

Shoot, I wasn't aware that Interwetten had imploded. I hope the proposed cc change will attract more teams. And what's this I hear of Elias being back in MotoGP next year? Is Moriwaki racing in the top class next year. Why not wait for the capacity change?

I guess if Casey can stay on the bike he'll be a contender next year. Look out for Ben Spies though . . . .

This year we have seen the rolling Stoner that we all knew before he signed for Ducati. I guess he has lost part of his confidence and enthusiasm to ride the Ducati.

I expect to see a great battle this weekend with Rossi, Lorenzo and Stoner.

Rossi - He needs to show that he is still the best and keep doing good races as in Motegi and Sepang.

Lorenzo - He is already world champion and will try everything to beat Rossi....he will not forget easily Rossi's show at Motegi and Sepang.

Stoner - He is racing at home and won the last two races here.

Pedrosa should be back but I do not expect to see him on the top position.

Rolling Stoner haha! Remember the Rossi move on him at Laguna Seca? Something happened to Stoner there; he hasn't progressed since.

I expect Lorenzo to get into some serious paint swapping racing with Rossi; he's the champ and has little to lose. Dovi should be back in the mix cause those Hondas are quick; Stoner will take it hough IMO.

Great racing yesterday, it all classes.

Moto2 , good to see Scot Redding right up there, I would love to see him win one of the remaining two races.

The group that Toni Elias and Tom Luthi were in looked mad, great entertainment. Good win for Alex D A.

Rossi barging his way past Nicky Hayden this time, it was real close at the end wasn't it. I,m happy that N.Hayden didn't say anything negative about it but they will be in the same team next year so I guess he wouldn,t have.

The Rolling Stoner ( ) was more of a shooting star this weekend, much to the delight of the crowd. Its a shame that its taken until the end of the year before he has managed to get on a roll as in this form he is way ahead.

I was surprised by the Aus guy shoving the guy into the ground in the Moto2. I,m glad they disqualified him.

Some good racing over the weekend. Seems Casey had his bike on rails as he didn't fall off again. How'd he manage to pull a more than 1 second lead on the first lap; and his bike was 6th through the speed trap? Dovi was fastest and he fell out first

Methinks Rossi is turning into a real barsteward now that he's out of the closet He's looking for extra excitement on the track.

I missed the Moto 2 race; will watch the recording tonight.

Can't wait to see the predictions for this weekend

Good news for Rossi as he will be allowed to test the Ducati this November at Valencia circuit once the 2010 season will be completed. This show us that although he is leaving Yamaha the relationship between them is good.

Re last weekend races....

MotoGP - Super Stoner!!! Rossi did show again that in a head to head he is the best! In the last three races he has beat Lorenzo, Dovi and Hayden!

Moto2 - the crazy Aussie guy has correctly been fined with 5,000 Euro for his stupid reaction. The race was great and it was nice seeing De Angelis and Redding in the podium after the nightmare they have been thru with Tomizawa's (RIP) accident.

125 - Marquez reminds me of Pedrosa, once he is in front nobody can stop him. Well done and he is the favourite to win the championship!

Capirossi goes to Pramac Ducati for 2011 , official now.

Reading the report I did,nt realise that it will be his 14th consecutive year in 500cc / Moto GP !!!

Thats some going aint it?

It is also a nice return , albeit for two races, for Careless Chucker who will replace Kallio till the end of the season.

I would love to see Scot Redding grab a victory this weekend.

I would also love to see Rathapark on the podium but his form has dropped drastically since his only real challenge ( think it was Assen ) when he was right up at the front.

Moto GP....I think that Stoner will do the business again and equal Wayne Rainey's tally of top class wins, with another fairing bashing session between Rossi and Lorenzo--hopefully.

Fireworks in the 125,s with the top 3 battling it out, could be a new world champ, but I think that it will go to Valencia. Sadly Bradley ( no pun intended actually ) hasn't got the pace to stay with them.

I have been to Estoril, kind of came across it unintentionally in 1989 when touring Portugal on a GSXR750.

Nice place, the circuit was being lapped by some rich blokes in Ferrari's......road cars that is.

Did a couple of tours to Spain in the late 80's on the same 750, before some shit head stole my bike from my home.

Great place Spain, I own a small plot of land in Tarifa.

The weather sure made it an interesting event; even if it didn't rain during the race. Pretty sure Lorenzo will be smiling in his sleep tonight with that one. Rolling Stoner . . . . sigh. A bookies worst nightmare . . . . he might win or he might not finish.

The Moto2 race was great! Ianone did well until he crashed.

We must be aware of the rise of Andrea Iannone and Scot Redding, these are the stars of the future.

I almost had kittens whilst watching the race, my wife thought I was in need of medical treatment.

You want to know about kids and me, my son has always loved bikes from very young, no encouragement from me of course.

The girls are and can be as good as the guys, light in weight, quick thinking, mini-motos even the starters at only polini 49cc engines are

too fast for the first bike, the twist and go semi auto's are good starters, my son started on a Yamaha PW50 and then on to an PW80.

Then he went 2 stroke motocrosser Kwacka 80 and 100, then Suk 125, then his time had come in UK for him to start on the road.

lt was on his actual 16th Birthday with a 50 cc Derby, which he liked but hated because it was nothing compared to what he was use to.

l gave up telling him not to ride it with his feet on the saddle and sitting on the handle bars while riding along, it was a joke of a bike to him

but he had to put up with it, even though he derestricted it, it was better but still well down on power .

Once the year of punishment was over as he saw it, bless him, he when straight for a two stoke Yamaha 125cc motad because they had speed over 4stokes, he derestricted that to.

He passed his test first time but had to wait two years another thing he hated, before he was able to ride something bigger and l think that was restricted to 600.

l would let him have a go now and again on my precious 92 Fireblade just so he could get a grin on his face.

The two years were up and he chose the R6 over my choice of CBR600RR, that was for him to decide he wasn't my baby anymore.

l came to retire in Thailand and things went great for me for a few years until the day the phone rang saying my Luke had been in a serious accident, l wished they had said he was OK first before telling me that.

These two young lads in a Fiat Punto drugged up and drunk according to his mate who was behind him when it happened, turned into a right hand turning, just as Luke was riding through giving him no time to react, slammed into him, Luke was hit by the front bonnet of the car, went on into smashing the front windscreen, slide up and along the roof and ending up hitting the kerb some distance behind unconsious.

Lukes mate ran up to them and said to the guys have you got a phone, just as some other people came running up to attend to Luke, the guys did no more than try to start the car to get away but it was knacker so they both ran off, leaving the car where it was.

Luke is OK now, he was a tough enough lad to make the punto a right off and the cops were great they told his sister that even though he was wearing the proper gear they were pleased to see he was OK it must have saved him from that type of collision.

Anyhow he has got his 750 now and is grinning from ear to ear but is a bit fed up with his sister telling him to limp when he go into court, l think she is hoping for a big compo pay out.

l read that some of you guys have had some tumbles, me, l have been riding for nigh on 58years and no accidents only small ones in cars, guess someones been looking over my shoulder.

Hi all, what a nice Estoril round we had yesterday.

MotoGP - Lorenzo smashed Rossi all the other riders, once he got his pace he was unstoppable. It was a real pity for Simoncelli, I think he really diserved his first MotoGP podium yesterday but Dovi's experience and official Honda did not let it happen.

Moto2 - Amazing race with riders overtaking everywhere...I guess that we all enjoyed this one! It was nice to see how aggressive SOFUOGLU was with his handlebar at over 200 km/h.....If I do something like that I will completely lose the bike control.........

125 - This was not the best race of the weekend but it was............special! Marquez has a great future ahead.He crashed and kept the bike alive during his sighting lap ahead of the "second" race start, eventually having to start from the last place. Undeterred he did a barnstorming start from 17th place to 4th in the first corner. Then despite being advised by his team to take it easy and keep the 3rd or 2nd place he kept pushing and finally past Terol with less than 2 laps remanining..........this guy is just awesome!!! Well done Marquez.

On The warm-up lap I could see there were still a few wet parts and I knew that I was going to have to be careful at the beginning, I got a great start and was in the lead but eventually Valentino overtook me and then off he went. As the track got drier I found my pace improving and then step-by-step I closed the gap and was able to get past him.

After spending the weekend practicing in wet conditions the race was a dry affair, and he switch between set-ups.

For the dry we started blind so I had to try to take some risks at the beginning because the setting was okay, but it was not enough because when Jorge got into his rhythm he was faster than me.

I had no way to fight with him. I tried to stay with him but he was too fast.

Dovizioso,

Engaged in a thrilling battle to the very finish with Marco Simoncelli for the final podium position. It was the Repsol Honda rider who edged it – by just 0.059s whew !!!

Simoncelli was faster than me in T3 & T4 and everytime into the chicane he overtook me, I knew that it was possible to take him out of the last corner because l had a bit more speed onto the straight, so this was my plan - and it worked.

Espargaro will step down to Moto2 and ride for Tenerife 40 Pons Racing Team and I guess Kalio will step down to Moto2 as well. Both riders would like to follow Elias steps and become WC in the category...

Yes, it seems that Suzuki will only run one bike next year as they are putting all their effort and development on the 2012 season when they will return in full-force with the 1000cc format.

Next season will be the last season not only for Edwards but I would say also for Capirossi.

I hope they're not going to over-regulate the 1000s to make them slower than they can be. Otherwise they may as well join MotoGP with SBK . . . .
