kevc Posted April 16, 2010 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Had a problem for a long time wanted to update the firmware but couldn't cos I'd loose a lot of videos I'd taken on a video app I'd installed. No one could tell me how to extract them even at MBK but today I found a a programme Iphone Browser-USB, free download accesses everything on the phone and I could easily drag and drop my video files onto my computer.
