Hi,

if my father have a multiple Non-Immigrant Visa-O, can i obtain a dependant Visa, so i can stay 1 year in Thailand ?

Do i have to do Visaruns every 90 days ?

And when my father go back to his homecountry but have a re-entry permit, can i still be in Thailand as his dependant ?

Best Regards

You do not qualify as a dependent, unless your father is on a 1 year extension and you are under 21 and living with him.

In perth Australia and Hull in the UK you will be able to get a multiple non-immigrant visa, wich requires you to leave every 90 days. For Perth I would email them first to be sure and get a copy of your fathers ID and a simple note from him asking for a visa for you.

It depends on what your father has. You say a multi entry non immigrant O visa but you also say re-entry permits which would not be required if he has such a visa.

Why is your father here and does he have a one year extension of stay for that reason from Immigration? Or does have have to exit the country every 90 days as would be required on a multi entry non immigrant O visa?

my father have a normal non-immigrant 0 visa (retirement visa), but he is now in germany. But his visa is still valid.

Can i obtain a dependant visa (non-immigrant-o) multiple ?

Im 21 years old.

Your father is not in Thailand and therefore you will not be able to provide the required documentation including his passport, also he would have to attend at Immigration. Also as stated if under 21 okay, but you are now over that age.

Does your father have a Multiple entry Non O, or a Single Entry? If single did he get a re-entry permit upon leaving Thailand?.

If on Single and he forgot a Re-entry permit then it is no longer valid.

The answer is no by your age alone. And a dependent is only issued a single entry visa and then obtains an extension of stay to match there sponsor. Post 2 lists two of the few places a multi entry non immigrant visa might be obtained in your case.
