What does it mean?

Customer: someone who comes into bar and barfines her.

Gik: regular customer but no emotional involvement and no attempt to exclude other customers.

Boyfriend: emotional involvement and approximating to bf/gf in West. Will almost certainly involve

payments for support, and agreement about BG not going with other men.
