I arrive air asia from K.L. june 7, then transfer to D.Muang for nok-air flt to ubon, I have enough time if road not blocked etc, but I have noticed air asia now have a late evening flt to ubon, in 2 minds to book a seat to be safe, can I get refund on nok-air, any thoughts, I am basing this on reports road are being blocked on a daily basis, peace to all.

if you book the lowest (cheapest) fare - Nok Economy' you probably will be restricted meaning no changes, no refund.

if you chose the 'Nok Flex' then you are able to make changes.

check WWW.Nokair.com site to make absolute sure of your ticket status.

Funny you mention this, I am flying 7 June also but other direction: Nok to Don Muang then Swampy to Paris, I have 5 hours between flights.

I have plenty of time to switch airports, can ask taxi driver to go Ram Intra and outer ring to avoid heading into town via Ding Daen.

Paid 3000 for Nok whilst Thai was 6600 (2 pax)

Most probably no refund from Nok, so unless last minute bad Bangkok news won't pay an extra 6600 baht :)
