It also has the largest population, which would be a better argument particularly given most every large blue city is inundated with homeless regardless of the nasty weather.
You conveniently clipped my post and overlooked that California, even by percentage, is also number one in homelessness, illegal aliens, people living in poverty, Medicaid recipients and (I think) gasoline prices (aside from HI AK) and violent crimes.
What California spends on K-12 education is in the highest 10% of all states, yet it ranks in the bottom 10% in results.

Everyone is equal under the law. Remember that old chestnut? How is it all the lefts beloved mantras stopped being used? Were they knowingly false and insincere at the time? Yes of course.
