I do alot of sport and just want to fill my stomach with alot of natural energie in a matter of seconds. Dammit I loved that stuff back home! Dammit I loved that stuff back home! if you realy hate to chew at Fascino they have this on sale Otherwise you can go foodland and try the Lowan oat bran or the oatmeal porridge from some other brand which is sold in 500 gram bags.
