after ending my extension non O (married) but now divorced,and going out off LOS. (to late) what are my opsions for a visa in savanaket?

Believe a single entry tourist visa may be available - in Vientiane a two entry seems to be easy to obtain but do not believe that is the case in Savannakhet.

A Tourist Visa gives 60 days and can be extended a further 30 days at Immigration.

To obtain a visa you must go to Consulate and normally will be next day service. A border crossing only gets a 15 day stay for most people (with visa exempt status).
