Last time i priced up a new Nuovo at Christmas time/new year, new 135cc Nuovo's were priced at 51k in Pattaya. I just checked at Yam dealer in Patong, and now the same bike is 57500 baht, and thats with wire wheels

Any ideas why there's been such a price hike? or alternatively, any ideas where i can still get a new one for for realistic money?

Phuket yammy dealers usually charge 3k more than bkk area/300km radius. last Nuovo E 135 3 months ago with mags I payed 59k all included in town, main dealer close to the thai nightclubs. Only one franchise (with like 10 dealers?) for Phuket, so no competition.
