I have been reading various threads on Thai Visa and notice

that lots of posters describe some people as Trolls or describe

certain types of expression as being Trollish.

Just curious really as <deleted> people are talking about when they

are mentioning trolls on this forum.

Try reading the forum rules the next chance you get, it's all there.

5) Not to post inflammatory messages on the forum, or attempt to disrupt discussions to upset its participants, or trolling.

Trolling can be defined as the act of purposefully antagonizing other people on the internet by posting controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

Posting this in the Loy Krathong forum 6 months in advance of the holiday could be construed as trolling. :)

Moving to General, good as place as any.

A troll is someone who replies to a bit of friendly humour with a personal insult.

enough of this I think

the OP surely has his answer now

in the meantime however, someone has decided it would be ok to throw personal insult. well not ok in my books. offensive post deleted - and the not so charming character they came from has been warned.
