I am not from the UK but last year i posted my passport to HULL and got a O visa back within 3 days. I have no marriage but i have friends in Thailand and i am retired but not legal age. From what i understand the Thai immigraion are not happy with people paying people to send the passport from Thailand to outside Thailand but in my case i am actully going back to my country and posting from there.

1. Is anybody else having problem downloading from Hull?

2. Is it still ok to post passport within EU to Hull?

3. I send an email to them 2 weeks ago but no answers and also about the website problem. Anybody spoken to them?

thanks

As far as I recall posting from within the EU was never a problem. Other members have done it with success. But it seems they in the last few days have tightened their visa policy, so try to email again first.

Yes i can see now they have nothing that say to say send outside UK or the Islands. Before they had sending to EU now nothing about this matter anymore.

I try to write them again.

Any other place in Europe you can do this?

You could try Amsterdam or a German consulate, but I would provide the copy of the ID-card of a Thai friend.

Otherwise Perth will certainly issue a multiple if you can provide the ID-card of a friend in Thailand.

Looks like they all are clamping down on the O visa stopping people from outside Aussie and UK to get one. The hull changed their forms since last year they had EU before now they do not have it anymore.
