Anybody know any wine suppliers/wholesalers here in Bangkok? i used one on Samui that supplied the wine fridge also, but cant remember the name!

oh also the San Miguel supplier, i am using Heineken right now but I'm sure its better to deal direct, we sell a lot of San Miguel light!

Thanks Kevin

I use Wine Connection and I must say the wine is usually of good quality and not too old and the guys are professional.

I used Italasia for sparkling wine for my wedding - 10 boxes of Prosecco.

And a contact of my FIL for Red Wine (Penfolds) - 15 boxes.

I still use the italasia contact and FIL contact for smaller quantities which saves me a lot.

Chillean wine from Villa, wineloft and wine-connection offers good value IMO.

Old world wines are always too expensive in Thailand IMO.

A couple of weeks ago Italasia sold me some bottles of Chardonnay of 2006. The color was changed from a pale yellow to a strong orange.

Is habit of some Thai wine dealers to sell the wine until the finish the stock, also if the wine, mostly white, is already undrinkable.

This is the reason of my not too old

Ital-Thai was providing wine-cellars... but they stopped years ago!

Also, check with Central Wine, they have very good prices for the hospitality industry.

Feel free to PM and I'll put you in touch with the GM for wines.

Otherwise, where is your restaurant... I am living 1km from Nonthaburi immigration new offices! cool.gif

That's a bit far from my house... I thought that you were talking about Nonthaburi Immigration offices in Baan Buathong!

Did you get in touch with Siam Winery.

I am sure they made you a good deal since they have always been trying to get in market there.

They have a wineyard here in Thailand.

Depends how much you like to pay for it.

Can you to their yard to visit and taste the wine in Hua Hin.

Their HQ is further Donmueng.

You have to contact sales people, they will come to see you with selections of wine for you to choose.

There are other products too. I lost what are they.
