BillStrangeOgre
I have a concept that i think would lend it's self to a street 'food cart' operation. I have a friend of mine (Thai national) who would be 'hands on' and a partner so no work permit issues for me. It's obviously a 'low start up' idea but i think it could lend it's self to a street food operation and possible expansion Before i commit myself, my question is, does anyone know what kind of permits etc. is necessary to start up a street 'food cart' operation and where to get them? What to expect in the way of 'bungs' to the police etc? Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? Any observations welcome. haveaniceday
I believe the ones that keep moving don't need permits, you see BIB move them alone often, but the ones who set up int he same spot regularly do have to pay for some permit, even if they are on wheels and get packed up each night.
