jasonr3255 Posted July 28, 2010 Share Posted July 28, 2010 One was ours for settlement for son. We basically failed to submit enough evidence proving that my wife has sole responsibility for Her Son. We assumed because my wife already has ILR it would be a walk in the park, big mistake ! Hopefully the re-submition will contain enough evidence this time. Your Step daughters ILR would have been submitted in the UK and they have a totally different waiting time mechanism therefore it would render useless to inform the guys waiting on here as they will be waiting for something totally different.
